At Alden Credit Union we don’t have customers.  We have members.  When you join Alden, you become a part-owner and you have a voice in our direction.

ACU members enjoy many benefits, including typically higher savings rates, lower loan rates and lower fees than you’ll find elsewhere.

You benefit from the fact that we are committed to our shared community, and from the fact that we are governed by a volunteer board of directors.  Our board members aren’t motivated to increase profits for themselves; they’re here to improve the financial wellbeing of ACU for the benefit of all our members.

Membership is open to all residents of Hampden and Hampshire Counties in Massachusetts.
